REQUISITION 140802-26-0556 This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR SUBPART 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (SOLICITATION#) constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) which Incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-07. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine & Aviation Operations (OMAO), Marine Operation Center (MOC), NOAA Ship Bell M. Shimada requires the procurement of circuit breaker repair/rebuild services by an authorized Eaton servicer. The solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside.
