CONTRACT INFORMATIONThis is a pre-solicitation being procured in accordance with the Brooks Act as implemented in RFO FAR Part 36. Firm will be selected for negotiations based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work. This requirement is being solicited as a Small Business (SB) set aside Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) primarily within the Corps of Engineers San Francisco District boundaries and secondarily for other South Pacific Division districts (Sacramento, Los Angeles, and Albuquerque) geographical area of responsibility which will include CA, NV, UT, and AZ and portions of OR, ID, CO and WY as determined by SPNs Contracting Officer. This work will include services necessary to complete the assigned task orders for civil works and environmental studies and/or designs.The intent is to award one Single Award Task Order Contracts (SATOC) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) to the most highly qualified small business firm for a total capacity of $20,000,000. The contract will have a guaranteed minimum amount of $2,500.00. The period of performance shall include one 36-month base period and one 24-month option period, for an overall performance period of 60 months (5 years). North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541330, which has a small business size standard of $22,500,000 in average annual receipts and corresponds to Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 8711.
