PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No.: 19GE5026Q0050 The Regional Procurement Support Office, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: Construction Services for Exterior Security Upgrade for US Consulate Marseille, France The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price type contract during the fourth quarter of calendar year 2026. The successful contractor shall provide complete construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of the contract within the established timeframe. The United States Consulate in Marseille requires a contract for exterior security upgrade construction project. Contractor shall work within the existing property line and as required outside the property line (specifically in the public right-of-way) to complete the requirements of the contract as shown on the construction documents. Contractor shall be responsible for coordination with local utility permit providers, all local government agencies, construction, other and costs related to connections to local services outside the property line. Work shall include but is not limited to driveway connections, drainage, temporary construction access, erosion control during construction and final stabilization. Repair of disturbed areas outside the property line shall meet or exceed the pre-contract condition. The magnitude of this project is anticipated to be between $4,000,000 and $7,000,000 for the entire project.
