SUMMARY OF CHANGES AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION A. Market Research Clarification & Incumbent Information This is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) only, issued strictly for market research, capabilities assessment, and procurement planning purposes. It does not constitute a formal solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP), or Request for Quote (RFQ), and does not commit the Government to award a contract. Security Clearance Requirements Facility Clearance (FCL): The Government anticipates that the performing contractor will require a Secret Facility Clearance (FCL) at the time of proposal submission and contract award. Personnel Clearances: Personnel performing under this contract will require a minimum of a Secret Clearance. Key Personnel: Certain key roles may potentially require eligibility up to Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI), depending on the final scope of work. C.
