All submissions must adhere to the procedures and guidelines outlined in the parent MACH1 framework document unless otherwise tailored herein. The 772nd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (772 ESS), in coordination with the Air Force Civil Engineer Cetner (AFCEC), is seeking an innovative commercial partner to execute this project in two distinct Lines of Effort (LOE); Design & Planning (LOE 1), Physical Construction (LOE 2) for the scope defined as follows. The Government intends to upgrade both the Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Lackland West facilities and the Chapman Training Annex, beginning with the Chapman Annex.
