Description
This is a Progressive Design-Build services procurement. JCW is seeking a statement of qualifications (SOQ) from teams/Design-Builders to provide preconstruction and design with the option of construction services for the Brush Creek Pump Station (BCPS) Improvements (“Project”), Contract No. MTM1-C080. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is the first phase of a three-phase procurement process for selection of a Design-Builder. Phase I shall be the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and pre-qualifying a short list of firms to advance to Phase II. Phase II shall be the solicitation of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a more in-depth response from Phase I shortlisted firms, and Phase III shall include an interview with each firm to present their proposed team members, qualifications, project plan, and answer questions. All responses and questions must be submitted electronically utilizing the electronic bidding system.
