<p>Renovation of the 3rd and 8th Floors of Inglewood City Hall at One Manchester Blvd., Inglewood, CA 90301. The 8th Floor work includes new interior partitions and doors, replacement of acoustical ceiling tiles and grid, new paint, wall base, carpet and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring, light mechanical and electrical modifications, and plumbing for one new sink. The 3rd Floor work includes new wall paint, wall base, carpet and LVT flooring. Work also includes demolition, removal and legal disposal of construction debris, required coordination, protection of existing facilities, and all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the work in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.</p> <p></p>
