The City of Manassas Park is seeking sealed bids for the provision of reconstruction of a City owned storage and maintenance facility located on Rugby Road in the City of Manassas Park. Services, as directed by the Engineering Services Manager or his/her designee, shall include the construction of an updated storage and maintenance facility located on Rugby Road as reflected in the specifications, plans, project manual, and related documents accompanying this Invitation for Bids (IFB).
