Description
Chatham County is soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP) from qualified and experienced firms to provide independent audit services of the performance, operations and fiscal position of the Chatham Area Transit Authority (CAT) for Fiscal Years 2024, 2025, and 2026. The selected firm shall conduct an independent and comprehensive examination of financial records, funding sources, expenditures, programs, payroll, procurement and contracting activities, vendor payments, governance, compliance, and internal controls, as further described in this section Scope of Services.
