The Washington State Parks Winter Recreation Program (State Parks) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide trail grooming services for approximately 15.5 miles of designated cross country ski trails (providing set tracks and skate lanes) in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest managed by Mt. Adams Ranger District., in Skamania County, Washington State.
