Washington County is seeking sealed bids from firms who are interested in performing the work required to install tie points and draft dossiers for the listed P.L.S.S. monuments in the Town of Addison, Township 11 North, Range 18 East Washington County, Wisconsin. Washington County expects to complete a similar project in fall of 2027 in the Town of Wayne (T.12N – R.18E). The amount of monuments in each category will change, however the type of work performed will remain unchanged. The County may, following successful completion of this project, award Phase II of the next township (Wayne) to the awarded firm of this request upon mutual agreement of the unit pricing between the County and awarded firm. The County reserves the right to bid out the next township's work if the County and successful firm fails to reach a mutual agreement on the unit pricing on Phase II of the next township. Washington County reserves the right to waive any informalities or technicalities and to reject any and all bids or parts thereof deemed to be unsatisfactory or not in the County’s best interest. Furthermore, Washington County reserves the right to cancel any order or contract for failure of the successful bidder to comply with the terms, conditions and specifications of the bid request and/or contract. Washington County reserves the right to award the bid in the aggregate or by item or like item groups (where applicable) to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder who complies with the specifications, service and can meet the requirements of this request. All documents must be manually signed. After completing and signing the bid form pages, scan and upload documents for submission through Demand Star.
