EST. ***UPDATE (9/9/26): Contract Type - The Government contemplates award with a hybrid contract type, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF). Additionally, the Statement of Work (SOW) has been updated to a Performance Work Statement (PWS).
