TexasSouthern University (“Owner”) is soliciting proposals (“Proposals”) for selection of a firm to provide professional FinancialPlanning and Advisory Services, in accordance with the terms, conditions, andrequirements set forth in this Request for Proposals. The Respondent shall provide qualified personnel and professionaladvisory services related to Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).Services may include all or portions of the following activities, as authorizedby TSU.
