Description
The City of Sierra Vista is soliciting quotes from qualified contractors to provide street banner installation and replacement services at designated locations along North Garden Avenue and Fry Boulevard. The project includes installing new banner brackets and banners on 14 designated poles along North Garden Avenue between Fry Boulevard and North Fort Avenue, as well as removing and replacing existing banners on 18 designated poles along Fry Boulevard between Buffalo Soldier Trail and South Carmichael Avenue. Contractors shall submit separate lump-sum pricing for three options: (1) installation of 28 City-provided brackets and 28 banners along North Garden Avenue; (2) removal and replacement of 36 banners along Fry Boulevard; and (3) completion of both services under a combined quote. All work shall be performed on designated tall poles at an approximate height of 22 feet above ground level. The City will furnish the banners and applicable brackets, while the contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, lifts, supervision, traffic control, and associated services. The selected contractor shall coordinate scheduling and material pickup or delivery with the City’s designated representative, ensure safe installation practices, protect City property, and maintain clean work areas. All bracket installations shall utilize clamps, as drilling into existing poles is prohibited. Quotes shall include all costs necessary to complete the applicable scope of work. *Project must be completed by November 25, 2036*
