Description
<p><span style="color:#0d0d0d">The Consultant will provide Plan Check, Building Inspection, and Building Permit Technician services under the direction and supervision of the Building Safety Division on an on-call, as-needed basis. The specific services, level of effort, schedule, and work location will be determined by the City based on operational needs and authorized assignments.</span></p><p><span style="color:#0d0d0d">The Consultant must furnish all personnel, labor, transportation, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, technology, and other resources necessary to adequately perform the services required. All services must be performed in accordance with applicable federal, State of California, and City of Inglewood laws, ordinances, codes, regulations, policies, and procedures, including but not limited to Division 13 of the California Health and Safety Code, the California Building Standards Code, and the Inglewood Building Regulations.</span></p> <p></p>
