Description
The Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals is seeking a contractor to provide statewide, verbatim, certified court reporting services for the agency. Court reporting firms ("Bidders") desiring to enter into a contract with the BIIA to provide transcripts of hearings and conferences conducted by industrial insurance appeal judges, shall submit a bid, which, if accepted and countersigned by the BIIA, shall constitute a binding contract as further described herein ("the Contract").
