<p>The Facilities and Real Property Management Division of the Public Works department is seeking qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive structural assessment at several parking garages within the City of Sacramento. This assessment will evaluate the structural integrity of the facility, identify current and potential structural deficiencies, and recommend preventative maintenance and repair strategies to ensure long-term safety, compliance, and operational reliability.</p><p>The parking garages are a critical infrastructure asset, and the City’s goal is to proactively address structural concerns before they escalate into costly repairs or safety hazards. The assessment will be performed in accordance with applicable building codes, engineering standards, and best practices in structural evaluation.</p><p>This RFQ is open to experienced structural engineering firms with a proven track record in evaluating and remediating parking structures. The City will evaluate proposals based on firm qualifications, technical approach, project schedule, and compliance with City requirements.</p> <p></p>
