The Town of Durham, Connecticut (the “Town”) is soliciting sealed bids/proposals from qualified and properly licensed contractors for the complete demolition and removal of the existing structure located at 51 Main Street, Durham, Connecticut, including the demolition of the existing wood-framed structure and concrete foundation, removal and disposal of demolition debris, collapse of the foundation into the existing cellar hole, proper backfilling and compaction, and final site cleanup.
