Description
The Project includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to perform hazardous materials abatement at the existing building, including removal and disposal of identified asbestos-containing materials; lead-related work required by the Contract Documents; and associated selective removal, containment, cleanup, waste handling, and transportation. Work shall be performed in accordance with the project Hazardous Building Materials Survey, Asbestos Abatement Specifications, Lead-Related Demolition Specifications, applicable regulations, and City requirements.
