The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, transportation and other items and services necessary to perform firing range maintenance as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at the Buckley Space Force Base Small Arms Range including but not limited to: fourteen lane range cleaning, bullet trap prevenative maintenance, filter maintenance, etc. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT (SS) SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure that all work is performed is IAW all Air Force, federal, state, county, and local statutes, laws, regulations, safety requirements, instructions, manuals, handbooks, regulations, guidance, and policy letters.
