Description
The DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management is requesting qualified firms to submit proposals to provide design and engineering services during the construction of Phase 3E facilities at the Snapfinger Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility (SFAWTF). The Project is Phase 3E of the ongoing expansion at the SFAWTF as part of the County¿s $4.27 billion Capital Improvement Projects Program. The Project¿s anticipated work includes: - the evaluation of alternatives - design, permitting, and engineering services during construction - post-construction services for the following Project elements: (1) adding a primary clarification unit process and (2) replacing dewatering centrifuges.
