Vendors are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid meeting, which is scheduled for Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Location: 5816 Daugherty, Utilities Administration Office, Laredo, Texas 78041. The City of Laredo reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any minor irregularities. **If the bidder submits both an electronic bid and a properly completed manual bid, the Purchasing Division will use the electronic bid to determine the total bid amount of the bid.
