This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Further, offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors � Commercial Products and Commercial Services (FEB 2026), applies to this acquisition. Addenda to the following paragraphs of 52.212-1 are: (a) Written offers are due at or before 12 PM, (Eastern Time) 06 October 2026.
