2027.0146, City RFQ & RFP - Hazardous Materials Monitoring at the New South School Lower School RFQ/RFP Opening: November 12, 2026 at 4:00 PM Project is funded in whole or in part with State of CT DAS funds. Per Sec. 10-287 this will be a combined Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals. Proposals meeting the qualifications criteria in the RFQ will be reviewed. No RFQ/RFP Deposit Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting: October 29, 2026 at 8:00 AM. Meet at Lower School site, located at 83 Lockwood Ave, Stamford, CT 06902. Project Manager: Danile DeBoo, Construction Manager All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare (https://stamfordct.procureware.com). All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature within ProcureWare.
