Description
The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as ¿Owner,¿ on behalf of the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG), (¿Using Agency¿), will accept electronic bids for the project Gwinnett Technical College Culinary Expansion Building 700 in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. The scope of work on this project is to construct a new bakery. GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
