WSDOT seeks a Real Estate Broker to provide brokerage services that assist Washington State Department of Transportation ("WSDOT") in marketing, negotiating, and facilitating the sale of vacant land owned by WSDOT. Services shall be performed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, professional real estate standards, and WSDOT policies.
