The Florida Department of Revenue, Child Support Program is requesting proposals from qualified Proposers to host a web-based Software as a Service (SAAS) to provide Random Moment Sampling (RMS) for the purpose of determining the percentage of time performing specific activities related to the Title IV-D Program. This RFP is for a sixty-six (66) month contract with five (5) one-year optional renewals.
