Description of Services: The Defense Health Agency is seeking a contractor to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, and transportation for non-personal, medical-grade bulk laundry and dry-cleaning services. This is a competitive follow-on to Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) HT940823A0002. The required services include, but are not limited to: Bulk medical laundry processing, sorting, and delivery. Microfiber laundry services. Special item laundry services for non-standard clinical linens and lab coats. Specialized stain wash services for heavily soiled linens. Veterinary laundry services, kept separate from human clinical linens. Bulk laundry services for the JBSA Randolph Clinic. The contractor must adhere to strict quality control, infection control, and transportation standards, including guidelines from the CDC, OSHA, and the Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC). This includes maintaining specific air pressure boundaries in processing facilities and following sanitation protocols for transport vehicles.
