GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF LEASE REQUIREMENT The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest from owners and authorized representatives of properties meeting the following requirements: State: Louisiana City: Alexandria Delineated Area: At the intersection of US Route 167 and 2nd Street, head west on 2nd Street and continue west Elliott Street and then on 4th Street. Head south on Medical Center Drive and then west on 6th Street. Head north on Monroe Street until reaching N 3rd Street. Head northwest on N 3rd Street until reaching US Route 71. Merge onto I-49 and head west on I-49 until reaching Rapides Station Road. Head south on Rapides Station Road and then southwest on N Bayou Rapides Road until reaching State Route 496. Then head south Belgard Bend Road until reaching State Route 28. Head east on State Route 28 until reaching State Route 1243/McKeithen Drive. Head south State Route 1243/McKeithen Drive until reaching State Route 498/Twin Bridges Road. Head east on State Route 498/Twin Bridges Road and then east on Horseshoe Drive until reaching US Route 165. Head north on US Route 165 and then merge onto US Route 71/S MacArthur Drive and continue southeast until reaching State Route 3170. Head east on State Route 3170 until reaching State Route 457. Head north on State Route 457 until reaching State Route 1. Head west on State Route 1 and then merge onto 2nd Street until reaching the point of beginning. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 21,953 Maximum Sq.
