Description
The purpose of this RFQ is to identify a consultant with demonstrated experience evaluating existing HVAC systems, diagnosing the underlying causes of equipment and control problems, and developing practical recommendations for repair, modification, controls improvement, upgrade, or replacement where appropriate. The district seeks an independent, technically proficient consultant who can serve as an advocate for the District.
