The Work includes the provision of all equipment, labor, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary to complete the construction of Synthetic Turf Replacement at both Aviara Community Park and Alga Norte Park. Aviara Community Park multi-purpose athletic field includes the following improvements: Establish erosion control measures and temporary controls, remove and recycle existing synthetic turf surfacing including infill, regrade aggregate base to required planarity, modify existing edge anchor/nailer, furnish and install supplemental pad and new synthetic turf surfacing including lines and markings and new maintenance equipment. Alga Norte Community Park two (2) synthetic turf ball fields includes the following improvements: Establish erosion control measures and temporary controls, remove and recycle existing synthetic turf surfacing including infill, regrade aggregate base to required planarity, modify existing edge anchor/nailer, install new soccer goal anchors, furnish and install supplemental pad and new synthetic turf surfacing including lines and markings and new maintenance equipment.
