DLA Troop Support�s OCONUS Subsistence Prime Vendor (�SPV�) Program intends to solicit a request for proposal on Solicitation SPE300-26-R-0011. The proposed acquisition shall be Unrestricted for Full and Open competition for Full Line Food Services Support for Southern Europe/Northern Africa and Western Africa Customers. Contract Type: 5-Year Tiered Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract Source Selection Method: Best Value Trade off Pricing Agreement: Fixed-Price with EPA All responsible parties may submit a proposal.
