The Philadelphia Police Department (PPD) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide a comprehensive domestic violence training program for sworn personnel. The selected contractor shall deliver a nationally recognized, evidence-based curriculum designed to enhance officers' and investigators' knowledge, skills, and abilities in responding to domestic violence incidents, conducting thorough investigations, identifying lethality and risk factors, collecting and documenting evidence, and utilizing victim-centered, trauma-informed investigative practices.
