1.0 General Information 1.1 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This document constitutes a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR 12.202(b)(1) and RFO FAR 12.203. This is the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
