Description
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit offers through a competitive bid process as required by North Carolina General Statutes (NCGS) for a nationally norm-referenced college admissions test for all students in the eleventh grade (§ 115C-174.11(c)(4)), a diagnostic test in the tenth grade that aligns to the nationally norm-referenced college admissions test (§ 115C-174.22), and a diagnostic test in the eighth grade that aligns to the nationally norm referenced college admissions test adopted by the State Board through the competitive bid process pursuant to § 115C-174.22.
