This amendment 04 is to: Post an updated RFI Response to RFI 04, questions 23 and 24, pertaining to Monaco panelsThis amendment 03 is to:1) Extend the bid due/opening date to 10 SEPT 2026, 1:00 PM Pacific Time. Deadline for new RFIs is 5 SEPT 2026, COB. 2) Upload Bill of Lading, Haz Waste Manifests for AFFF Removal Project, and Sundown Policy for Foam Fire Suppression Systems (Change 2) (see new attachments in PIEE Solicitation Module), to assist addressing RFI questions.3) Provide Answers to all of the the RFIs submitted. See new attachment in PIEE Solicitation module.4) Period of Performance has been changed to 600 days.1) Extend the bid due/opening date to 2 SEPT 2026, 1:00 PM Pacific Time.2) Upload As-Built drawings. ** email 141MSG.MSC@us.af.mil to request for access and download through DODSAFE. 3) Add Clause, FAR 52.228-1 BID GUARANTEE.
