26-135 Mid-day and After-hours Janitorial Services for the El Cerrito DMV Field Office Term: Thirty-six (36) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract). See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Mandatory Pre-bid walkthrough and meeting are required. Services include quarterly, semi-annual, and annual deep cleaning of the office, floors, and carpets. The Contractor is required to provide janitorial tools and equipment. The DMV will provide cleaning chemical products. Estimated budget cost $216,648.00 for three (3) year term Current Contractor: Quality Cleaning Professionals, LLC. Current Contract Total: $132,120.00. Current Contract Monthly Service Cost Breakdown: Mid-Day Janitorial Services: $683.20. After-Hours Janitorial Services: $2,986.80. New Projected Term Dates: 12/1/2026 through 11/30/2029
