Request For Professional Services The County requires a qualified engineering firm to provide engineering services for design, permitting, bid phase services, and services during construction for the Carlton Water Treatment Plant Backup Power Improvements Project. The County expects to award a CCNA Specific Project Agreement to run for the duration of the project. Refer to the Solicitation Documents and Attachments section for minimum qualifications, scope/specifications, and insurance requirements.
