The City of SanAntonio Fire Department is seeking proposals from firms that will develop acomprehensive, standard-aligned staffing, fleet and equipment projection plan,and technology integration for the San Antonio Fire Department (SAFD) for thenext 15 years. The plan will assess current and future staffing requirements, assessfleet and equipment readiness and future needs and ensure alignment with NFPA, ISO, and CPSA standards, as well as industrybest practices. This work will provide SAFD with a forward-looking roadmap thatsupports operational effectiveness, enhances service delivery, and ensurescompliance with fire service standards.
