The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (IFB) is to establish a contract with multiple vendors who can provide ESS Support for the Department of Military Affairs per Section V:B: Scope of Work. Vendor should use eVA Lines and Attachment A to submit bids. Bid Items/Pricing Schedule are for bidding purposes only.
