The Office of the City Controller (Controller) is seeking proposals from qualified independent certified accountants, accounting firms, consulting firms, and other qualified professional service providers to provide auditing, assurance, attestation, assessment, advisory, and consulting services in support of the Controller's statutory and Charter responsibilities relating to the City of Philadelphia, the School District of Philadelphia, and any other entity, program, activity, or subject matter within the authority of the City Controller.
