The Department of the Air Force, United States Air Force Band of Mid-America, requires a contractor to secure and provide the professional services of Kris Allen as the featured guest vocalist for the Band�s 2026 Spirit of the Season concert series. Kris Allen is essential to the requirement, and substitutions will not be accepted. A Brand Name Justification for Kris Allen is attached to this RFQ.
