This Request for Interest (RFI) is being issued to solicit non-binding expressions of interest from qualified entities regarding the potential development, ground lease, or other lawful use of select MSB-owned lands for data centers or other large power users, including but not limited to:-binding expressions of interest from qualified entities regarding the potential development-owned lands for data centers or other large power users, including but not limited to: ? Data centers (enterprise, colocation, hyperscale) ? High-performance computing (HPC) ? Industrial or advanced manufacturing load centers ? District energy or thermal energy users ? Other energy intensive facilities compatible with Borough land uses-intensive facilities compatible with Borough land uses
