The purpose of Amendment 1 is to offer a site visit to interested vendors. Yazidjian, sandra.e.yazidjian.mil@army.mil and TSgt Jeffrey Corey, jeffrey.m.corey4.mil@army.mil A map of the location will be provided along with an Application for Installation Access (QANGB Form 9) The completed Form 9 must be returned to this office not later than (NLT) 1000 EST on 26 August 2026 Vendors will be notified of access request status (approved/disapproved) NLT 1000 EST 01 September 2026 The Question period has been extended from 25 August to 04 September 2026 The quotation Due Date has been extended from 03 September to 11 September 2026 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 282d Combat Communications Squadron (CBCS), located in North Smithfield RI, has a requirement for Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) System in accordance with CCTV System Specifications (Attachment 1). A map (Attachment 2) will be provided upon request. AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
