NOTICE TO BIDDERS The City of Elgin hereby invites bidders for the following: RFP 26-037 “Professional Engineering Services”. The City of Elgin requests proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering services for the PFAS Treatment Optimization Study.. The City of Elgin reserves the right to reject any or all RFPs, or any part thereof, or to accept any RFP or any part thereof, or to waive informalities in any RFP, if deemed to be in the best interest of the city. All proposals must be entered into the City of Elgin’s web portal at https://cityofelgin.ionwave.net/VendorRegistration/PreliminaryInfo.aspx. Proposals are due on October 30, 2026 at 3:00 pm. Questions regarding the scope of services or submission requirements must be submitted in writing to Nickon Etminan via e-mail to nickon.etminan@elginil.gov.
