Repair HVAC Building 304 and Hanger 9

Description

The 127 MSC hereby issues a solicitation notice for solicitation W50S8526BA010, a Total Small Business Set-Aside for commercial construction services to repair HVAC Building 304 and Hanger 9, Project Title VGLZ 252018 This procurement is conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12, 14, and 36, The work shall be in strict compliance with the SOW, the project specifications, and the project drawings. Sections of the SOW may supersede the requirements found in the specifications, in which case, the more stringent/higher quality requirements will apply. The Michigan Air National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the Construction of comprehensive HVAC upgrades for Building 304 and Hanger 9. The contractor will handle everything from demolition and removal of the old units to the installation, commissioning, and integration of the new systems with the existing digital controls.
