NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BIDS Centennial Park Restroom Upgrades 2026-IFB-018 The City of Kingman is soliciting sealed bids (Invitation for Bids or "IFB") from qualified vendors capable of providing Modernize existing restroom facilities at Centennial Park. . Criteria for selection will be overall cost (to include shipping and taxes) and the ability to meet delivery dates listed. The IFB may be obtained by visiting the City of Kingman’s procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofkingman . Bids must be submitted through the OpenGov procurement portal. Bidders wishing to submit questions must do so through the procurement portal by no later than 12:00 pm , Arizona time, on Wednesday, November 18, 2026 . Bids are due by 12:00 pm , Arizona time, on Monday, November 30, 2026 . The City may reject any bid not in compliance with all of the prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements contained herein. The City also reserves the right to reject any bid when cancellation is in the best interest of the City.
