NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to solicit sole sourced to SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORP (78286) of the following: QTY: 4 Purchase of NSN: 7RH 1650 016672399 H5P/N: 06650-08810-103 Item: ACTUATOR,PITCH LOCK The Small Business Administration representative at NAVSUP WSS has reviewed this requirement and determined that a set-aside recommendation was not applicable for this procurement. This contract/delivery order/purchase order/modification is issued by the Government when deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile or sent by any electronic commerce method, including email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to issue this contract/delivery order/purchase order/modification. \ 1. SCOPE 1.1 Articles to be furnished hereunder shall be repaired, tested and inspected in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the Requirements Section of this document. 1.1.1 Any item contracted for repair SHALL have a Statement of Work to ensure compliance with all repair procedures and requirements.
