This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. Note this posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP). The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) intends to enter an agreement for the purchase of Luminex NxTAG Respiratory Pathogen Panel; RPP NXTAG (IVD- US) 96 TESTS, I051C0447. This purchase has been deemed a single source as respiratory pathogen detection testing performed must use the existing the MAGPIX instrument analyzer. No alternatives exist for the product due to proprietary manufacture specific for the use of the MAGPIX instrument analyzer and would require the purchase of a new instrument.
