Amendment 1: Solicitation for Concession Opportunity for Lodging, Food and Beverage, Retail, Marina Services, and Mechanical Boat Portage within Voyageurs National Park

The National Park Service (NPS) amends this solicitation and provides responses to timely submitted questions. In addition, the NPS amends Exhibit H: Maintenance Plan of the Draft Contract. There are no changes to due dates. Amendment 1 will be available at https://www.nps.gov/subjects/concessions/prospectuses.htm. The questions, responses and the updated Exhibit H: Maintenance Plan are also attached to this Sam.gov notice. Please be aware there may be a delay in publishing the amendment documents after publication of this notice. On July 20, 2026, the National Park Service (NPS) will release a business opportunity soliciting proposals to award a ten (10) year concession contract to provide required services of lodging, food and beverage, retail, marina services, and mechanical boat portage within Voyageurs National Park.
